Is this a fair trial, or a bought and sold verdict?
Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial is set to begin Monday November 29th, but there is going to be a media blackout on it.
There are official reasons for this—namely that cases in federal courts are not televised, but we all know there are other more ‘personal’ reasons for the media and the establishment not to televise this.
I found a Twitter page which will be tracking the trial, and we will of course be providing our own updates.
We need to talk about this judge though…
Maxwell’s trial is set to begin Monday, and Biden has nominated US District Judge Alison J. Nathan for a promotion to the federal level very soon….
I don’t know about you, but all of this sounds incredibly suspect:
Does anyone else find it odd that the day after Chuck Schumer recommended that Biden nominate Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex trafficking trial judge, Alison Nathan, Biden nominated her for a promotion to appeals court the very next day? pic.twitter.com/STIJsuxDS2

You don't get to decide that. You are a public servant. Serve. @TrackerTrial @realchasegeiser @charliekirk11 https://t.co/3RmTu4d8zk

According to Reuters, Biden has nominated Maxwell’s trial judge for a promotion:
President Joe Biden on Wednesday nominated the Manhattan federal judge overseeing the sex abuse trial of British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell and a Memphis litigator at the law firm Butler Snow to serve as federal appellate court judges.
The trial of Epstein's henchman, Ghislaine Maxwell, is about to begin.
Strangely enough, the media has been dead silent about the case.
Could it be because Maxwell has information that could implicate their owners involvement (or themselves) in their disgusting crimes? pic.twitter.com/8jQjsR1tDR

The New York Post claims that this same judge had previously said:
A federal judge on Thursday agreed with Ghislaine Maxwell’s request to keep certain details in the criminal case against her secret — finding that information would be too “sensational and impure” to reveal to the public.
US District Judge Alison J. Nathan issued a ruling on redactions that Maxwell had asked for regarding transcripts the government filed under seal last month.
